    Hello Jay!

Public Mobile has a $50/90GB plan right now: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/plans?network=5G

Not bad for for a total $40 expense for 90GB. But PM does hard cut-off, right? Luckymobile is the only one that offers a throttled version of about 140kbps after the quota is used up.

Public Mobile is a sub-brand of Telus.

    Yep.

Yeah, their current plans cut you off once you've reach your quota. Every now & then they bring back their unlimited data option which reduces speed to 512Kbps once you hit your quota, but none of their current plans have that feature.

Once again, Luckymobile is choosing to reward new subscribers, not existing ones. :(

They are offering +8GB on top of the basic $29, $35, $39 and $47/mo plans for new subscribers.

..but those plans have pretty high GB for starters: 25GB, 35GB, 60GB, and 80GB respectively.

There is no $55/90GB plan for newbies.

    Existing subscribers only get: $30/1GB, $35/10GB, $47/40GB, $55/90GB,

I saw something from Bell about throttling speeds and they still mention
it on most of their plans. It used to be down to 512kbps but it looks like recently they have dropped that to 256kbps..

The wording wasn't crystal clear though so it may not go for all plans,
and possibly only for plans with at least 100 GB per month included.
