    1 oz Anisette or sambuca
    1 oz Blackberry brandy

    Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Pour anisette into a cordial glass. Float blackberry brandy on top
    by pouring very slowly over a teaspoon or bar spoon turned
    bottom-side up.
