Store a .ini version of the current node's status in node*/status.ini

... and then read the xtrn program code from node*/status.ini, if it exists.

Resolve the door name in node status issue for good, I think.

We can use this node*/status.ini file as needed going forward to get around the (very constrained) limits of the ctrl/node.dab file. But for now, at least, consider this is a "read only" file, not meant to be read-modified-written by *other* nodes. i.e. if you want to control (e.g. interrupt) another node, the (extremely) old node.dab file is still how that's accomplished.
